Crisis Stabilization Unit - Adults
Our Crisis Stabilization Unit is for adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis in their lives. Individuals can be self-referred or referred by family or other agencies. Our unit provides a supportive environment for people needing a safe place to recover and stabilize during a crisis. We welcome people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm thoughts or are having difficulty functioning at home, work or in the community because of mental health symptoms.
Individuals staying at Crisis Stabilization will meet with a qualified mental health professional, mental health practitioners and nursing staff during their stay. Services offered include skills training in individual and group settings, evaluation, stabilization and referrals. Our unit has a calm, comfortable atmosphere and is non-secure. Our average length of stay is 1-10 days.

We are available for walk-in services and admissions 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
