Codee G. has worked in the addiction field since 2019 and has been an ADC-T providing substance use counseling since 2024. She has completed an adolescent enhancement and now works primarily delivering substance use counseling to adolescents. She is mobile within her role and able to see adolescents outside of the office through our School-Linked program in the Willmar Senior High and Willmar ALC schools. She is also able to work with rural schools, building connections within the community, and is able to build consistency with adolescents. Before starting with Woodland Centers in early 2025, her foundation of skills was built in a residential substance use treatment program working on a men’s unit, as well as care coordination in a detox center.
