Shawna Ehlenbach provides individual and family therapy to clients age 6 through older adulthood. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, grief, emotional dysregulation, identity issues, behavioral symptomatology, family issues, and those impacted by violence.
Shawna completed her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Minnesota in 1999. She utilizes a supportive, holistic, strengths-based approach utilizing concepts from cognitive behavioral, (CBT), dialectical behavioral treatment (DBT), client-centered, and family systems therapies as well as a spiritual foundation. Shawna has been certified at the basic level of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which focuses on rapid reduction of trauma and stressor-related symptoms. She has worked as a community-based outpatient psychotherapist since 2005.
