Community Support Program

Mental illness can significantly disrupt a person's life and sense of belonging to a community. CSP provides assistance to people to improve and maintain functioning in their homes or community. Services are provided individually or in groups. Drop In centers provide activities to promote socialization and leisure opportunities. Certified Peer Specialists and Peer Mentors provide services in CSP through their "lived experience" they bring valued teaching, role modeling and advocacy to help people improve their quality of life.

This service is provided by one of the following staff: mental health practitioner, mental health worker, peer mentor, certified peer specialist.
