Community Support Program

Mental illness can significantly disrupt a person's life and sense of belonging to a community. CSP provides assistance to people to improve and maintain functioning in their homes or community. Services are provided individually or in groups. Drop-in centers provide activities to promote socialization and leisure opportunities. Mental Health Workers will empower the individual to engage in meaningful activities and skill-building that assist in improving their self-esteem.  They will bring valued teaching, role modeling, and advocacy to help people improve their quality of life. This service is provided by a mental health worker.
