Family Community Support Program (FCSP)

Family Community Support Program (FCSP) offers community-based skills provided by mental health practitioners to children with emotional problems to improve their ability to function in their homes, schools, and communities. Groups and individual skills are available.

Intensive Family Based Services

Intensive Family-Based (IFB) is a Licensed or License eligible Mental Health Professional that serves children and their parents/guardians whose children are determined to be at high risk of needing a placement out of the home or have been placed out of the home temporarily and can return quickly with the IFB Provider assigned. The IFB provider receives referrals directly from Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services and meet with the family within 72 hours or less of the referral. Services are provided intensively; several times/week. The IFB staff is responsible to complete an expedited a Diagnostic Assessment as needed/required and further develop Safety Plans as necessary as well as provide ongoing clinical services to the child and family.
