Compass Adolescent Day Treatment is an intensive outpatient program that teaches teens skills to manage and cope with their emotions. Teens attend their regular school during the day and participate in treatment in the afternoons. Programming continues through the summer but shifts to morning hours. While in program, teens engage in group therapy, discussions, education and structured activities in order to build skills and shift patterns of thinking to improve their mood over time. Currently programming is being offered in a hybrid model with some teens joining in person at our Kandiyohi location, and other joining group via zoom.
