Thivya has a Bachelor's degree in Human Services (2020), along with a certification in child and family services, and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2023) from the University of Phoenix. Thivya mainly provides therapy to children between the ages of 6-10 and adults dealing with SPMI and trauma. She helps the agency conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals who are 6 years and older, as well as for children aged 0-5. Thivya utilizes culturally informed, individualized counseling, incorporating various approaches like CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and Feminist therapy, among others.
