Dr. Pamela Jacobson is a Licensed Psychologist. She provides outpatient therapy and assessment services for adults. She completes psychological testing services for ages 6 years old and up. She works with a broad range of mental health issues, but particularly enjoys working with personality disorders, depression, anxiety, co-occurring substance use, mental health issues, autism spectrum disorder issues in adulthood, and behavioral concerns. She has intensive training and facilitated skills groups in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Dr. Jacobson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2007 and her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in 2013. During her doctoral program the focus of her experiential training was in rural mental health and her doctoral internship was completed at Range Mental Health Center in Virginia, MN. She has worked exclusively in rural mental health since graduating from her doctoral program in 2013.
Dr. Jacobson has worked for Woodland Centers since 2015 and is the Clinical Administrative Supervisor for the Chippewa and Lac qui Parle Clinics.
