Dr. Karen is a Licensed Psychologist. She provides assessments and therapy to children and adults in the Kandiyohi and Litchfield centers. She is involved in various programs at the center including Outpatient and the Adolescent Day Treatment Program. She is especially interested in the assessment and treatment of children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other behavioral problems.
She earned her doctoral degree at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology in the child track program. In 2008, she completed an internship at Mercy Medical Center in North Iowa.
